The honest answer before the options
Most "hotels near Intuit Dome" pages list twenty properties sorted by distance and let you assume the top one is the right choice. That is not how this district works, so here is the structural reality first.
Exactly one hotel is walkable. The Anthem Los Angeles Stadium District, a Tapestry Collection property at 3900 W Century Blvd, is listed by Hilton at 0.10 miles from Intuit Dome, with SoFi Stadium at 0.90 and the Kia Forum at 1.10, and Hilton describes it as sitting "next to the Intuit Dome along Century Boulevard" (Hilton). Hollywood Park's master plan includes a future 300-room hotel that has not opened (Urbanize LA). So on the night you are going, the walkable cluster is a single building, and it prices accordingly on event dates.
The deepest inventory is three miles west. Hilton alone lists 13 properties in its Inglewood-area results, most on or beside Century Blvd (Hilton), and the brands' own figures put that corridor at roughly 3 to 3.5 miles from the arena (Hilton LAX). Those hotels nearly all run free 24-hour LAX shuttles. Almost none of them run shuttles to the arena.
The four clusters, and what each one actually costs you
Hollywood Park / walkable
0.10 mi · walk
One property: The Anthem Los Angeles Stadium District, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, 3900 W Century Blvd.
- Intuit Dome 0.10 mi, SoFi Stadium 0.90 mi, Kia Forum 1.10 mi, LAX 3.70 mi
- No airport shuttle
- Steps from the Shops at Hollywood Park across Century
Book it if: the event is late, you have children, or you want zero transport decisions. It is the only address that removes parking, rideshare and shuttle from your evening entirely.
LAX / Century Blvd
~3–3.5 mi · shuttle or drive
By far the deepest supply and the shortest airport transfer. Hilton LAX, Hilton Garden Inn LAX, H Hotel (Curio), Hyatt Regency LAX, Residence Inn LAX/Century, Sonesta LAX and more.
- Free 24-hour LAX shuttles at most properties
- Inside the venue's free 6-mile shuttle zone
- Residence Inn LAX/Century advertises "shuttle service available for select events"
Book it if: you're flying in, travelling with a group, or price-sensitive, and you will actually reserve the free venue shuttle in advance.
El Segundo / Manhattan Beach
~3.3–4 mi · drive
Beach-town atmosphere instead of arena proximity: Aloft El Segundo, Cambria LAX, DoubleTree LAX–El Segundo, westdrift Manhattan Beach (Autograph), Shade Manhattan Beach.
- Hilton lists its El Segundo properties at 3.30–3.65 mi from Inglewood
- Real restaurants and a walkable downtown at Manhattan Beach
- Nothing here is walkable to the venue
Book it if: the event is one part of a longer LA trip and you want the other nights to be worth something.
Culver City / Marina del Rey
~5.2–5.3 mi · drive
The most neighbourhood character of the four: Hilton Culver City, The Shay (Destination by Hyatt), The Culver Hotel, Ritz-Carlton Marina del Rey, Hotel June West LA in Westchester.
- Hilton Culver City lists Intuit Dome at 5.20 mi
- Hotel June cites "5.3 miles, approximately a 14-minute drive"
- Partly inside the 6-mile free shuttle zone, verify your address
Book it if: the show is the excuse and the trip is the point. Accept that event-night traffic will beat any published drive time.
Distances as published by each brand: The Anthem, Hilton LAX, Hilton Garden Inn LAX, H Hotel, Residence Inn LAX/Century, Sonesta LAX, Hilton Inglewood-area list, Hilton Culver City, Hotel June. These are brand-published mileages, not drive times. Only Hotel June publishes a drive time.
How I would actually choose
Four rules, in the order they matter. They are the same ones I would give an owner briefing a guest.
- Check what else is on in the district that night. SoFi Stadium, YouTube Theater and the Kia Forum are all within a mile. On concurrent-event nights the City of Inglewood advises non-attendees to avoid Prairie, Century and Manchester entirely (ABC7). If two venues are running, walkable is worth a real premium. If yours is the only event, three miles out is genuinely fine.
- Decide your transport before you book the room, not after. Free venue shuttle (reserve up to 7 days ahead), a pre-bought garage pass, or Metro plus the connector shuttle, and note that Intuit Dome states the Metro connector shuttles run only for Clippers home games (Intuit Dome). A cheap room three miles out is only cheap if the transport is solved.
- If you're flying, weigh the airport shuttle as real money. The LAX corridor properties run free 24-hour airport shuttles; the walkable hotel does not (Hilton). Two airport transfers for a family is not a rounding error.
- Compare the walkable premium against a parking pass, not against zero. Staying three miles out and driving means a garage pass in the $35–$60 range on current listings (SeatGeek), plus the exit. If The Anthem is within about that much of the corridor rate on your date, it is usually the better buy.
Current rates for your dates
Rates in this district move sharply with the event calendar, a Clippers regular-season Tuesday and a sold-out arena show do not price the same, and a concurrent SoFi event moves it again. No guide can quote you a useful number in advance, so check live for your night and compare the walkable premium against the parking cost above.
The Event Trip is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Intuit Dome, Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt or any hotel named on this page. Distances and amenities are as published by each brand and change without notice.
Two things that will affect your stay more than the star rating
You are not staying in a walkable entertainment district
Intuit Dome sits across Century Boulevard from the Hollywood Park retail core, not inside it (Urbanize LA). Downtown Inglewood's Market Street, the historic commercial district, is about a mile away and was described by the Los Angeles Times in March 2026 as "eerily quiet", with "shuttered storefronts", and "subdued and inactive" on most nights, though an $8.5 million state-funded revitalisation programme is underway (Los Angeles Times; The LA Local). Plan your dinner deliberately rather than assuming you will find something on foot. The venue guide has the list worth the detour.
Your phone is your ticket, wherever you stay
Intuit Dome has no box office and no barcodes. Everyone in your party needs the app, their own account and their own phone (Intuit Dome FAQ). Set that up in the room, not in the queue, full walkthrough here.

Taken from public event threads and TripAdvisor reviews for this venue, answered against published information where it exists and marked as attendee reporting where it does not.
What is the closest hotel to Intuit Dome?
The Anthem, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, at roughly 0.10 miles. It is the only hotel where you can realistically walk to the doors. Everything else in Inglewood or near LAX is a drive, a shuttle or a rideshare.
Can I walk to Intuit Dome from my hotel?
From The Anthem, yes. From anywhere else, no, not sensibly. Attendees staying a block away have asked whether foot access even exists, and the answer is that there is street-level entry, but the property is designed around garages and the Mobility Hub. Solo walkers after a night event are advised by locals to team up or take an app-booked ride rather than walk alone.
Should I stay near LAX instead?
For most trips, yes. The Century Boulevard corridor near LAX has far more supply, more competitive pricing on event nights, and hotels there run airport shuttles. The trade is roughly a 10 to 15 minute drive and airport noise. Attendees specifically warn that rooms on the runway side are sometimes quieter than the street side, so ask when you book.
Do hotels near Intuit Dome charge for parking?
Almost all of them, and it is the number one hidden cost of this trip. Attendees report roughly $50 a day at the walkable hotel and $30 to $35 at LAX-corridor properties. TripAdvisor reviewers for this area have reported event-night valet charges as high as $112 a night. Add parking to the nightly rate before you compare anything.
Is it safe to stay in Inglewood?
Locals answering this repeatedly say normal urban situational awareness is enough, and that the walk to the Century Boulevard retail is fine. Some visitors still relocate to Santa Monica or Marina del Rey and commute in. The concrete risk consistently flagged is not the neighbourhood, it is accepting a ride from an unlicensed driver after a show because the app wait is long.
How far in advance should I book for an event night?
Earlier than you would for a normal LA trip, because Intuit Dome and SoFi Stadium share the same hotel pool. When both have events on the same night, the walkable and near-venue inventory prices up sharply. Check whether SoFi has anything scheduled on your date before you decide the near-venue premium is worth paying.
