Contact
There is deliberately no contact form on this site, because a form means collecting your data, and the privacy policy commits to collecting none. Email goes straight to the person who writes the guides.
What gets a fast reply
- A correction. If a rate, address, policy, distance or opening status on any page is wrong or out of date, this is the most useful email you can send. Include the page and, if you have one, a source. Substantive corrections are made to the page and dated.
- A venue, hotel or operator setting the record straight. If you work for a venue, garage operator, transit agency or hotel described here and something is inaccurate, say so and it gets fixed. Being the operator does not buy a friendlier description, but it does get your facts checked first.
- A question about a specific link. Ask whether a given link earns a commission and you will get a direct yes or no. See the affiliate disclosure.
- A privacy request. Access, deletion, or a do-not-sell request under California or EU/UK law. Note that the site holds no personal data about you, which is explained in the privacy policy.
- Which venue to cover next. Requests genuinely influence the order the guides get written in.
What will not get a reply
- Requests to buy a link, a mention, a review, a "sponsored guide", or a ranking position. There is no price, and the disclosure page explains why.
- Guest-post pitches and syndicated content offers.
- Requests to remove accurate, sourced information because it is unflattering.
Media and partnerships
Same address. Editorial independence is not negotiable, but commercial conversations that respect it are welcome, and any arrangement that results will be disclosed on the page it affects.
